Tennants - Looking to rent
For a wide range of properties, view our rental listings, of residential properties. You can contact us by phone, e-mail, or drop into our office in Main St., Greystones, Co. Wicklow. You can also register on our lettings database, to allow us to match you with suitable properties as they arise.
We can guide you through our list of properties and answer any queries, and arrange viewings for properties that interest you.
When renting a property through O'Gorman Properties, the following items will be required:

Payment of a security deposit (usually the equivalent of one month's rent) |
In addition, at least two references will be required:

A previous landlord's reference |
|
An employer's reference (If self-employed e.g. a reference from an accountant or solicitor) |
|
A current bank reference |
Note: all lettings are subject to the prospective tenant providing satisfactory references. You will be asked to sign a letting agreement. When the rent exceeds €19,046 per year the tenant is due to pay stamp duty of 1% of the annual rent, plus a stamping charge of €12.70.

Advertising your Property and Tenant vetting:
Once assessed, your property will be advertised on the web, and on our flat screen in our window display. In addition, it will appear on our own website, which is updated daily. When the property is booked, we can take references from suitable candidates, and upon a signing, a deposit.
